What sort of research are you doing with vascular anomalies?
We are determining why vascular malformations develop and enlarge over time. Our goal is to develop drugs to treat patients with vascular malformations.

For the types of patients that we just can’t make a big enough improvement for with surgery, interventional radiological procedures, or simple medications, we really are yearning for chemotherapy-like treatments. We’ve really worked hard and now are thrilled to be running formal clinical trials under Cameron Trenor’s leadership. Having a hematologist-oncologist with such expertise has been a real big boon.
