Mom: You know, it's very interesting that as I got older and went out into the workforce, I started working at a hospital and some of my old classmates came through. I saw them, and they actually pulled me aside and said, "I'm really sorry that I gave you a hard time. I was going along with the crowd but I really- you know, I wanted to be your friend, but I at that time couldn't make the break from the group to be your friend." And I thought, "Well, thank you very much for letting me know that." So understand that some kids may tease you, but they don't necessarily want to; they're just going along with the crowd. So that was something that, you know, in the end, I discovered: Okay, well, maybe they didn't all not like me and they understood better than I thought. So it's nice to have that come back around. I think more people should be conscientious, though, or conscious of others, and if you see someone like that, say something.
